Evolution Fast Food

American, Fast Food, Takeout, Completely Vegan

Completely vegan fast food restaurant complete with a walk-thru or drive-thru window. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, and various other options. Now they have a large rack of prepared raw items and vegan desserts as well. A large outdoor, covered seating area is out back. Granted I love this kind of food, but I think this is a great restaurant on any terms. If you have tastes similar to mine, they have fried chick'n tenders or fried chick'n sandwiches with your choice of ranch or bbq and other sauces, or alternatively in the non-fried but fast-food category they have two kinds of burger patties, one gardein and other house-made with black beans and grains and various sauces including one with vegan pesto. Everything is vegan here of course. The collection of sides like home-made hummus and salads and wraps has expanded and the selection of desserts is also impressive including a raspberry-apple pie of some sort and other things more chocolatey of course, though so far I have never left room for dessert. Evolution really is one of a kind and if I lived in San Diego, this is the one I'd visit the most so I could eat my way through the entire freakin' menu.
