Vegetarian cafe with an enormous selection of tea, plus many salads, sandwiches, snacks, and desserts all of which are completely vegetarian and most of which can be made vegan if they aren\\\\\\\'t already. Small but comfortable/cozy place to sit for a while.

Teany has a decent and entirely vegetarian menu mostly populated with sandwiches, salads, small snacks like bagels, various desserts (which are also on display), and of course a huge selection of tea. Many vegan items are available and most things can easily be made vegan. It's a cozy cafe atmosphere and when the weather's nice there are a few tables outside to choose from as well. They also have a selection of beer and wine.

My experiences here have all been good. I often go for dessert and tea and occasionally for a larger meal. The desserts are all fantastic, especially the cake and cupcakes though I like the brownie too. For the actual meals I have been into the Turkey Club lately but have good reports on pretty much all the food there. Prices aren't unreasonable for the neighborhood, though somewhere just above inexpensive.

Almost everything is vegan or can be made vegan; I believe only the mac'n'cheese dish can't be made vegan. They offer a choice between dairy milk or soy, and some sandwiches/salads come with dairy cheese unless you request vegan cheese. (They also serve a breakfast dish that has eggs.) Most of their dessert items come from Vegan Treats (http://www.vegantreats.com).

They also will take orders to go, if you can't snag a seat... It's usually crowded in here around meal time, but it's worth the wait.
